Fantasy Still Life Fan Art Sketches/Studies Earlier Works
I became interested in the visual arts about three or four years ago during a rather rough part of my life. Every crisis possible seemed to hit me at once, and I was an utterly depressed mess. I was lost and confused about how to live and what to do with myself. I found that drawing funny little pictures kept me entertained and feeling a little bit better. My fiancé (who is now my husband ^.^) saw what I was doing and taught me a few basics on how to use his version of Photoshop so that I could try coloring them. The combination of Photoshop, the internet, and the artwork of many wonderful and talented artists resulted in my falling in love with art. I haven't had an art class since elementary school, and I have had to learn everything from the internet, a few books, and looking at hundreds of beautiful paintings. I'm very grateful that I found something that has been both enjoyable and motivating.
